Greg Tudeski is a promising and talented vocal impersonator. He stands out as one of the few men in this field whose repertoire equally includes a multitude of female singers, both in English as well as in French. He's appreciated for his unique repertoire, which combines rarely seen impressions, classics as well as numerous recent top 40 singers.
Greg is not new to vocal impersonations. As he was undergoing classical music training (piano, clarinet and lyric singing), he was recognized by his classmates for his impressions of famous singers and for his spot-on imitations of their professors. Despite a busy career in Human Resources, he remained very involved in music, being a cabaret and blues singer. In 2009, Greg wrote his first one-man stand-up comedy show. His vocal impressions were only part of the encore, but the unanimous feedback from the audience asking for more encouraged Greg to rethink the show solely around singing impressions.
In 2011, Greg was chosen for the popular French Canadian TV talent competition from Just For Laughs « En route vers mon premier Gala Juste pour rire », where he reached the semi-finals. That same year, he also took part in the Quebec City comedy festival "Le Grand Rire - Comédie Club", where his act "Radio Man" warranted him a standing ovation. He also reached the finals of the reputed music and comedy contest "Le Tremplin".
One year later, Greg performed in front of an audience of more than ten thousand people on the Vidéotron stage at the Montreal Just For Laughs festival.
2014 marks the beginning of the opening to the English speaking market. In April, Greg performed at the very respected Montreal venue, The Club Soda. In June, he presented a unique performance at the wax museum Grévin, and he also was the opening act for The Village People at their performance for World Pride in Toronto.
In 2016, Greg was back at the Just for Laugh festival for a major show, “100% inimitable”, directed by respected Québec entertainer Joël Legendre. The show was held on the main stage, in front of a 25k+ audience. Greg performed a never seen before act, backed up by his 8 dancers. During the show, he interpreted close to 30 voices, including Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Maroon 5 and Shania Twain.
Since then, the vocal impersonator has been seen on several stages, for corporate events, cabaret revues and MC duties. He is presently working on the development of his first all-English show.
